Be The Best On Marketing Online

Today, the Internet Marketing is the best tool you must know how to use to make money. Thanks to the Internet, you can now start earning money online by launching your website, getting instant access to customers, and almost immediately start making a living online.

Marketing is what will make the difference between being a poor expert and a rich expert. We have people who have a passion, who are very good at what they do, experts, but very poor. A professor, a scientist is full of knowledge, but the wind blows their pockets. Why?
First of all, because they are too arrogant, they imagine that being experts in their field is not their responsibility to send their message to the world and to tell their story, to sell their products and services. Many experts are afraid to sell. They believe that sales and marketing are second hand activities, but they don't know that we do marketing from morning to evening. When you tell to your best friend that you like a certain movie, you do marketing to that movie for free, and your friend goes and buy the DVD, and of course someone else is making money, thanks to you. Sometimes, we girls love to talk about clothes, brands, restaurants and because some of the girls like to always follow the what's new in fashion, they go and buy those branded clothes or perfumes etc. So, this is why designers have a lot of money, what to do? women like to talk and like to dress.

Nobody escapes marketing. Whether you practice it or others practice it on ourselves, but often are mutual. When you understand and accept that, you start to learn a little about marketing, and then you start to like it. You realize that it’s not scaring but rather is your most precious ally for the rest of your life.
Marketing helps you take your treasure, talent, vocation and skills and present them to the world.

Let’s see now the essential components of marketing:

1. Find a niche.
What that means?
Niches are areas where people have problems and pain, have dreams, goals and aspirations for which they need troubleshooting and solutions. People are willing to pay more quickly and more, only when the pain, the problem and the desire are forcing them to get the solutions.
There are few niches in which almost no way to fail:
How to make money online, Fitness, love and health.

Would you pay money if you know that you can have one of them fixed the way you want? I'm sure you will! Everyone would pay, just to have the solution.

For example, a good niche can be the diet recipes, because all the girls and women want to look great and have an amazing body. Nobody wants to be fat, everybody wants to loose fat. Like anyone else, I want to look good as well, but my metabolism is not very good and if i don't watch what i eat, i can gain weight quickly. Since i was a teenager until now, I'm always on diets, and now I'm a professional in this area, that's why i decided to create a blog about diets only, and to help others to get in shape fast. So, go to this blog and check it out: http://diete-pentru-lei.blogspot.com/
You can always make money from what you know best or what you love more. Think about this!

I know that Internet Marketing is a challenge, I understand that. There are so many niches, so many different way to market, so many different way to make money online, that sometimes is becoming very confusing and you don't know what to do, but try to do and where to start. But try to do the best you can with what you got and always stay focused! Things will happen for you! But don't forget, pick a niche where people are spending money everyday and you'll definitively make a lot of money.

Once you picked your niche, try to realize what problems or issues people have in that niche. Write down four or five problems those people might have. Then try to figure out the solutions for those problems and then market that! You have to market the solutions to those problems and that's how you get people attracted to you, that's how you make money!

2. The content
This is the main thing that you have to offer it online. Content is the written articles, mp3 or video. Content is the ability and your products or your services. All you have to offer is called content. And on the Internet, the content is king.

If you do everything right, but your content is poor or mediocre, you will die on the Internet.
If you do nothing else than an extraordinarily good content, you'll get rich and famous.

Let's say, I want advice on how to fix my relationship which is dying. So, I buy two different products- a book and a course with an excellent marketing, which are promising the moon and that will change my life. But after I bought them, I see that they didn't help me a lot.
Then by chance i get to a person who provides a free pdf- how to solve my problems in relationships, and it works. For that, I will tell everyone I know about the expert who helped me. I will write about it on Facebook, Twitter, or I will mention about it on my blog.
I will also say that I was disappointed with the first two experts, who took my money, but didn't give me what they promised.
Thousands of people will do the same on the Internet.

Guess what happens to those who have a concrete marketing strategy, but poor content? Exactly! Will disappear!
What happens to that one who has excellent content that adds value and change lives? Will prosper!

Ideal is to have great content and a valuable marketing, but the content is the one that will make a difference in the end. If you have good content, the world is yours!

Think that everything you find on the Internet is content- movies, music, articles, tops, books, people singing, people giving solutions, etc. And the best content, get the prize every time!

3. Traffic
Internet traffic is another extremely important for your success. If you did the above steps, you'll get traffic. Traffic means- people who come to see your content.

The main source of traffic is Google. Google knows to look through your contents and tell those who look on Google if what you offer is good for them or not.

Obviously there are many other sources of traffic:

  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Skype
  • Email
  • PPC ( Pay Per Click)
  • Solo Adds
  • to give solutions and advice on forums or blogs and provide links to your content
  • to do link excenge partnerships, etc.
Traffic is to your online business what blood is to your body!

4. Convert
Many beginners jump of joy, when they get traffic. The experts know that traffic is only the first step to success.
After having people coming to see your content, you will have to convert them.

It's very important for you to convert your visitors in subscribers to your content. Get their e-mail and find a way to make them come back when you have new content. If you let visitors to come and go without doing anything, it may never come back again. The Internet is big, but the attention we have is less. If you didn't catch their attention, you've lost! Perhaps tomorrow they will forget about your blog or website.

Then, after you converted and registered your visitors, convert them to fans. They must like what you offer to them and they must gladly come back and recommend your content to others.

Then after you earned the trust, get the relationship to the next level and make them become your clients.

Conversion path is: Visitor- registered- fan- client.

Success= Problem-Solution

How to deal with disappointments and sadness?

Cristina Turcan is one from millions of people who is facing also disappointments from time to time and believe me, not less than you. I'm also a human being, with feelings and expectations.
I get disappointed in many things and even people, most of the time, and that is true.
Like today, for example, I got disappointed in my mom, because she removed the Christmas tree, while I was sleeping in the morning, and I told her few days before that I want to keep the Christmas tree until the end of January, but she didn't care about what I want, so she did it as she wanted. But this is nothing, comparing with other disappointments we are getting in life, right?

There are moments in life, when we have a bad experience, maybe a divorce or losing a friend, or being the victim of theft or maybe failed relationships,or someone hurted your feelings, and in these moment the sadness is suffocating you and the disappointment  can make your nights white and your eyes wet. But in these moments, you are always alone, even with a thousand people around you, you are alone. In fact, you have the worst company in existence...pain.

You may be disappointed in a parent, your child, your spouse, a lover, an employer or job, an event, or in yourself. In any case, disappointment is the experience of sadness involving unfulfilled hopes or expectations. When you consider what might have been, in contrast to what exists in the present, you may experience disappointment.

The reasons and sadness and tears are endless. There are moments, when you don't know what to do, when you don't know what decision to take and what is good for you or not. It's so hard, when you have to hide your sadness and your tears from the curious eyes, to whom you have to explain. How hard is to overcome the darkness of time...

Disappoint, like shit, happens. None of us are strangers to it, of course. Disappointment is the most unpleasant feeling, a profound way in which sadness is experienced. I don't feel that I have any amazing tada! lessons to share with you-how to get past disappointments fast! But wait! Maybe, I do have some advices:

  • Don't let your hope run wild. It's terrible that feeling of letting go, because you can't do more or that acceptance of defeat. No matter what you lose, do not lose hope! It's the only thing that keeps us afloat no matter how deep are the waters in which we swim at the time.
  • Don't make too many plans. You can talk about plans, a lot, but don't invest too much hope in them.
  • Learn to channel your emotions and focus on something more useful. Watch a good movie, read a new book, go out with your friends to a coffee shop, not to a club and don't eat until explode!
  • Let it out. Be like a child who will cry and scream or laugh, until it runs out and then he is ready genuinely to move on.
  • Don't be artificial about how you feel. It will not last. Say ''I am disappointed ''. Recognize it! Being willing to say it starts to free up our hearts and moves us away from resentment and bitterness.
  • Accept them. You will continue to be disappointed- that is a part of life, part of being human. This step is a lifelong challenge and fundamental to dealing with disappointment. I will be disappointed, I will disappoint, you will be disappointed, and you will disappoint. Life will be disappointing- but it will pass. Disappointment is a part of life, but all parts of life can help us grow.
  • Be honest about your expectations. There is a reason why you are disappointed, and it's because your expectations weren't met. Maybe, it's just unrealistic to have that expectation on that particular person. Maybe they can't handle what you are putting on them, and you'll need to shift how you see the relationship.
  • Find compassion in the midst of disappointment. If there is a person who disappointed you, there is an opportunity for you to develop compassion for this person. Perhaps, he or she behaved in ways that even he / she  would like to change. Maybe, this person is going through something in life that is difficult for him / her. Or possibly, he / she have experienced some challenges in his / her life that are preventing him / her from responding in ways that are loving or life-giving. At the same time, it's always helpful to look within and discover ways in which we have disappointed others in the past. In the same way that you want to be forgiven when you disappoint others, you now have the opportunity to extend grace to someone in your own life.
  • Cry! People do not cry because they're weak, but because they feel. It's good for your soul to cry and to pull off the pain. And, after this you feel better.
How do you feel now? Still confused? Sad? Cold? Afraid? It hurts? :-) You can't breath? You don't know how you feel yet? What to use- heart or head?

Okay, then let me tell you something, which might really help you!
Life does not end next to a broken relationship, a failed marriage, a friendship betrayed, or lost a job. Yes, we learned something from each, but I can say with my hand on mouse that we could do well without most of them.
Time does not stand next to you, it just passes you. It's you and only you who have the strength to get up from the crash site and to look forward and not back.
Looking at you, deep in your soul, you are the same! You haven't been stolen, maybe few tears and they have applied you an ''open heart surgery''. But you survived!!!

CROSS STITCHING

Today I want to tell you about one old hobby of mine. I do it, since I was a teenager and I love doing it because is relaxing me and I put a lot of passion and love in it. I know that you’ll say that this hobby is for grandmothers and maybe in your opinion is an old fashion hobby, but I love it and I respect it, because is part of the art! I like to make beautiful things. Like this, the life is more exciting!
This cute and creative hobby is called cross stitching. All right, now you know what I’m talking about, but maybe, you don’t know how it looks like, so, have a look at few of my works:

Teddy with beautiful flowers for you!

Fanar in the sea

Time to relax!

Bullfinches

Teddy and the snowman

Narcissus

My mom’s favorite flowers

Plums

Cartoon's world

Bambi

This thing is really enjoyable and the designs I’m using, I buy them from the market with all the tools. But most of the time I find schemes online or I take them from my favorite magazine - Cross Stitcher, which is No.1 Britain’s magazine in this area. This hobby of mine and of thousands of girls and women is not about counting crosses and following a scheme, is about being artistic and be surrounded by many colorful and magical creatures!

HOW TO DEAL WITH COMPETITION

When more than one person wants the same thing, the result is competition. If you're a person who fears competition, you must let this fear go, because competition it not only inevitable, but is part of human nature.

‘’ Competition creates better products, alliances creates better companies.’’
( Brian Graham)

Without competition, the world would be a lot less challenging, and even boring. Everybody would get everything that wanted without even trying, and appreciation level for these things would drop to an all time low. Most things then would be taken for granted.

People say that competition turns us into rivals and enemies. It does, to an extent. I don't ignore this fact, but I would never go out an intentionally hurt my opponent just to win such as Tanya Harding's attempt to break Nancy Kerrigan's kneecap so she could win the Olympic Medal.

When competition becomes too overwhelming for a person, people will go to the extent to do immature things such as forming secret allies with each other, breaking out in fights, or planning evil schemes. Some people deal with competition like this while others are simply cool about it.
In my opinion, I think the best way to deal with competition is to not obsess over it and do the best that you can.

Everybody has gone through education and has competed for the top spot in their class so they can get into a good college, but it's usually the person who worries about other the people that ends up not doing so well in their grades. It's the person who just hones in and focuses their topic that gets the good grade.

As for job interviews, there's no point working yourself up because there are other people competing for the same job at the interview. Just prepare, and give the best interview that you can. Begin preparations early. Invest time and energy in knowing the nitty-gritty of the area of your work.  Better preparation gives confidence to meet the competition head on.

Here are five tips that I think will help you deal with competition:

1. Do not obsess over your competitors; this will only cause you to become more anxious, draw up fear, and then end up spiting at them when for the most part, they have done nothing wrong. Also, by worrying about them too much, you will end up doing nothing done!

2. Take your ego out of the equation; unless you are Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Bill Gates, or someone similarly famous, most likely, you are not going to be the best in the world at what you do. These people are rare but have worked their butts off to rise to the top. Instead of completely ignore our competitors, accept that there are others that are and will be better than you, that way you can precede to the next step.

3. Learn from your competitors; if somebody is doing better than you, instead of envying them, learn from them. When you become more open minded about your competitors and what they go through in order to stay at the top of their game, you'll become better at whatever you are doing also.

4. Improve your skills; whatever skill you are working at to get what you want, practice and make it better, better, and better. If you want to become better in basketball, practice for hours on just dribbling or shooting from various angles of the basketball court until most of your shots go in. Then increase the difficulty by having somebody guard you, stealing the ball from you, or blocking your shots and see if you can make the same results happen. Any other skill involves the same concept, competitors or no competitors; you must focus and practice at something in order to become one of the best at it.
Do not get bothered by the power of your competitor.  Know their strengths and capacity; however depend upon your own ability and intelligence to deal with them.

5.  The power  within you; When it comes to the will of wanting to out compete another person, you must realize there's only one person stopping you from doing so, and that is the biggest competitor all. Who is this person? That person is you. You're the only person who can overcome your emotions and stay disciplined until you become so good at something, that you won't even bother worrying about competition. But it is you, not your competition that has the power to do this.

So there you go. Five tips on how to deal with competition. Remember that in anything you want to have in life, if other people want the same thing, there's a good chance that you will have to compete with them in order to get it. Sometimes you'll be able to see your competitor’s right next to you, other times you may never see your competitors at all. But if you stay focused on just what you have to do and give it your best, you'll see that competition is not as frightening as it seems.

Competition exists everywhere. Competition cannot be avoided. It has to be dealt with.  Facing competition with courage and faith is essential to be successful. Facing competition for the sake of it, will not lead to higher satisfaction and growth.  It has to be taken in a positive spirit.

At the end, I want to say - be professional while dealing with competition!
Do not doubt yourself; do not get pressurized by competition. Do not see it as a burden you have to bear.  Do not give up even before trying!
Keep an open mind and be receptive; take ideas from experts and reliable people.  Also, have a positive opinion of yourself and do not underestimate your success and achievements.
Utilize your strengths and abilities; harness on what you have best.  Develop a niche for yourself.  However, also be aware of other events that take place around you.  There are many innovations and developments that are taking place.
Take the plunge when you see an opportunity; have a good strategy.  Planning and strategizing is very important in the face of tough competitionJ
